In October 2016 (the first year we worked together) the conference had 500 attendees. The next year it was 1000. In 2018 the conference grew to 2000 people, and is one of the largest Legal Tech conferences in the world; We’re still working together today.

Our brief from Legal Geek was clear; capture modern, unforgettable photos from their Annual conference which would be used across all channels to help them grow. From website use to social media, our photography help to create a consistent stream of content.

Pre-Production

As the 2022 conference was the largest yet, we deployed a team of three event photographers and a videographer to provide full coverage. Working to the schedules we had pre-planned with the Legal Geek team, we ensured that every single moment of the two-day event was captured, providing seamless conference photography across a multi-floor venue with a huge range of time-sensitive activities.

Production

We also provided same-day editing for the conference and provided 20 high-quality edited event photos throughout the day to be instantly published on social media. We also turned around a 60s highlights reel video of the event at the end of day 1. This ensured Legal Geek could publish content of the conference as it unfolded, helping to boost social media engagement drastically.
